Perimenopause + menopause · One change first

Perimenopause and menopause care without insurance

Start with the change that bothers you most. One visit can look at your symptoms, health, options, and cost without making you solve everything first.

Your body may be changing. Your care can still feel clear.

Hot flashes, sleep trouble, period changes, mood shifts, or vaginal dryness can feel like separate problems. Put them on one small map instead. Start with the change affecting daily life most, then let a clinician check the wider picture with you.

Build a change map a clinician can use

What changed?

Name the period, sleep, heat, mood, sex, bladder, or comfort change you notice. You do not need to call it menopause first.

When and how often?

Add when it began, how often it happens, and what makes it easier or harder. A short pattern is enough.

What do you want back?

Lead with sleep, comfort, focus, intimacy, or another part of life. That gives the visit a useful first goal.

Questions to keep

The main call line is enough.

Your change map, one layer deeper

Know the two words

Perimenopause is the time leading up to menopause. Menopause means 12 months in a row without a period; a clinician checks whether something else may explain the change.

Bring a small change map

Write down what changed, when it started, how often it happens, and what it interrupts. Start with the one change you most want help with.

Ask what needs checking

Tell the clinician about your periods, medicines, health history, and pregnancy possibility when relevant. Ask what each exam or test is for and what it costs.

Review choices one at a time

Ask about benefits, risks, other choices, full cost, and follow-up before choosing. Kiplet does not decide whether a medicine or treatment fits you.
