Make your headache record useful, not endless
What happened
Track start time, length, pain location, nausea, light or sound sensitivity, vision changes, and anything else you notice.
What you took
List every prescription and store-bought headache product and how often you use it. Bring the labels when possible.
What the plan should answer
Ask what to do during an episode, how to lower future disruption, and which new symptoms require urgent help.
What makes the next visit useful
Capture a few episodes
Write down when the headache began, how long it lasted, where it hurt, other symptoms, and what you took. Note sleep, meals, periods, stress, or other patterns you noticed.
